- When ordering study materials, you and your co-facilitator must also click on “FACILITATOR MATERIALS,” to order your Leader materials. (One of you also needs to order a DVD Kit.)
- Did you call Wayne at 800-226-2564 Ext. 410 at Transform for Cost Center, User Name & Password?
- Each woman must register with CLC and place online book order complete with payment before the order will ship.
- Give (or email) each woman in your group this page of ordering instructions, with login codes included below, to be used when registering with CLC and ordering their study materials.
ORDERING BLC STUDY MATERIALS
ONCE THIS FORM IS COMPLETE, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. THE TRANSFORM GROUP HANDLES
ALL DISTRIBUTION FOR BLC. “THE TRANSFORM GROUP” WILL APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT (NOT BLC).
ONLINE ORDERING PROCEDURES---(click on link above--Women's BLC Registration)
1. (use your BLC Group Number when asked for.)
2. At the end of the registration process, click on “Submit” & proceed with step 3.
- Fill in three login fields as follows: Cost Center:
User Name:
Password:
5. Select “Order Study Materials” on left.
6. After making selections click on “View Cart” to confirm order, then click on “Checkout” to complete the ordering process. (Note: Put your name in the “Attention” field.)
Note: All materials ordered will be shipped to your BLC facilitator prior to your “kickoff” if BLC Registration is complete and orders are placed 1 week prior to your date. Your credit card order will be processed immediately and your credit card statement will reflect “The TransForm Group” & not “BLC.”
